I pray you to would understand the extent of the Lords intimacy towards you,the ones you love,and that special someone, may he begin to reveal visions to you. No one falls in Love by chance, ITS BY GRACE. No one stays in Love by chance, ITS BY WORK. No one falls out of Love by chance, ITS BY CHOICE. Beauty was all so clear, guilty she felt as he came near. Her love grew ever mirrored, as she heard whislting chimes among the wind. A peace filled the atmospheric air, as that name whispered in her ear. Love seems to find us, love even seems to blind us. But this love echoed as the peace of winter, and just as the face of Christ glowed brighter, I felt the Spirit of Christ beside her. Breathing on me, consuming me, oh let me come so near, again to were she met me there, were joy always fills the air. Stand Up! Live God Loud! Chasing after excitement is like chasing after the wind. You can never hold on to it long enough for it to do you any good. While you cannot keep your excitement forever, you can keep your commitment forever. Commitment means understanding Whos in charge. You can't just "sorta"let Jesus Christ be Lord. Matthew 27:37 says that you should "love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind."I'm talking about loving God with all that you are, with everything that you have inside of you. This is serious Christianity. To love him is to love his ways,even when you do not understand everything about every situation. Its about believing in you heart,"God I know Your Word is true. Even though I don't understand why, I'm not going to do it anyways because I love You and trust You." Jesus said,"If you love me, you will obey what I command"(John 14:15). Matthew 22:37 isn't about doing good works to get God to love us. But we obey Him as an outgrowth of our love for Him and for all he's done. Not out of compulsion, but from a heart that desires to return a small portion of the matchless love He's already given us. I just want to encourage you to step out, stand up and press in to what God's got for you and worship him intimately. In that building during praise and worship when everyone was pressing in and really seeking him you can feel the power and radiance in that place, joy would fill you no matter how you were feeling if you would just close your eyes and rest upon what Christ has done for you and how wonderful he is. So please don't just sit back and give him a back seat view, come to the front and humble yourself at his feet and his glorious face. You will never feel the same, and thats a promise. The Match Maker I have this friend, best friend actually, His name is Jesus. He's a match - maker and He told me He knows this awesome guy, who's cute, sweet, funny and just perfect for me. But theres a condition, Jesus said I would have to wait. He said that this guy isn't ready to be my husband yet, he's just not prepared for the responsibility of a wife, but Gods training him just like He's training me, and I really have to wait. What a drag!! He also said that I need to save three things, My heart, My virginity, And even my first kiss. I think thats going to be very hard. What if I decide to do it my way or I find someone that I think should have been that one for me. But Jesus said no, He said that it would be like cheating on the one that Hes had planned for me since the beginning. He said it would take patience but that when that time comes to meet my match (I don't mean meet him for the first time I mean meet him as my soul mate, my match, my husband.) it will be so awesome because Jesus has organized it! He knows my desires better that I do. He said the rewards for waiting are great! You know what? I think I'm going to wait!!! And I think I'm going to start praying for this guy right now, Im going to pray that he makes the same choice I have. Now what about you? Do you think you know best and want to find your match on your own? If you do that it might work out and you could end up finding your husband or wife in the end but you would meet them with a broken heart. And broken hearts lead to broken homes. So are you going to do it your way or are you going to leave it the to one and only Match - maker? He's finding my match and He wants to find yours too!!! Leave it to Him! By: Elisha Noel
Walking down the road,I think of all that is going on.All the hypocrisy,jokes and games,all the fake acts and shows,I come to wonder how many people are really true today,who is really living it for Christ,who is tired of the gigs,who will set themselves apart for Christ and step out of the games and "wanna be"big bad shows.Those who chose to live it intimately and truthfully with and for Him,will in the end come to find out so graciously and gracefully that Christ had the best set for them along.There was nothing else that could complete their Will and Destiny,cause it was the Lord who set it all along.He set it right there in front of our faces,all we had to do was reach out and grab it. The things that we so can't live without cause we say we only live once,or I'm only this age once,or I don't want to miss out on all the fun everyone else is getting to enjoy.Reaching out for what Christ has given us and living our lifes in his Will,has more fun and joy then the world can ever provide.His fun just isn't any kind of regular fun,the joy and meaingfulness that comes from what he gives surpasses all and is far greater then the worlds idea of"a good time". At times you may have troubles and things may not go all well,but did you come to think that hey!The Lord is testing my faith.So win the spiritual battle cause thats what it is,a spiritual battle. My old person was someone who ,once I leave my house I'd never come back ,and that would be because I'd be a rogue(if you want an example-watch the movie Ronin)Jesus offered me himself and gave me the deal of a life time ,to serve him ,when I finally realized the importantness of his love and our personal relationship ,he said so go forth and do my will. As long as I don't waiver from that path, and have faith beyond what should be believed it will come to pass. I would never think about doing my own will, if I was to do my own will then I would "rather" die then not follow Christ. That is what it has come down to. That is were it will grow from. Only if she chooses to follow his will to. She has to step out and grasp it, if she doesnt then his will change for me, since he is complete in me, I will follow him from there. I can't tell you what lies ahead, I can only wait. Day by day visions come to me, but I can only wonder and pray and ask God what they are about. By:Sam
